Hi ,



I am Madhavi , working as HR-Exe in a service based company. We have to prepare the payroll and calculate salary as per the Target done by the telecallers, Relationship Managers and the ASM.



RM should close the deals given by the telecallers and they also has to do atlease 20K as personal .



Please give me the format of the payroll how to calculate the salary as per the targets done.



Also the calculation for the ASM and TL ..
