Hi all,
I don't think you can solve any PF related problems by going to a near by PF office because the PF office is a centralised one..all the proceesing takes place from the PF office at Bombay. This was the feedback that i got from my previous employer when i enquired about it. And i have not yet received my PF after leaving my last office. It has been 11 months now!!!

Tell me what you want actually, Do you want to withdraw yur PF from previous employer? OR any your employee has raised the querry about his PF number.

In our organization, we have filled up the PF nomination form for registering PF only after 5 months of earlier deductions, its been almost a year but still now we haven 't got our SSN number, how am i supposed to claim my PF if i need to withdraw it without any number or any clue?
Could anyone guide me through?

Allotment of PF number is done by employer. If your payroll is outsoursed please ask your Payroll vendor for PF number, & if your payroll is processed by your company itself ask your payroll team for PF number.
In case of SSN number - PF office is not issuing SSN numbers now but if you have your PF number with you you can claim PF withdrawal.
Pls contact your payroll team for getting PF Number.

My suggestion is go to the local PF office and enquire about your company code and submit your details and the amount of PF deducted from your salary and before proceeding please check your salary statement because in pay slip they will mention PF No. on top right.

yes, am plannin to withdraw my PF amount, and also lots of quit employees have this query too...as to how to know the PF number without any consultants/mgmt revealin the PF number to us yet...!!!
One of the employee, doesnt want any PF deductions from his gross salary, is it possible to do so??
