Dear Bigwigs



I am Hariharan BBA. What my problems are that i could not get a job even as entry level staff in HR Department. Because though i am working in MNC Company there is no more exposure to develope my knowledge in HR field. I too dont have a much knowlege in HR field. Sofar I have attened numours interviews where my candidature getting rejected. I feel very disgust. Please advise me
