Dear Professionals



i would like to tell about my organisation.i joined as hr assistant from last 10 months back.our company does not follow any rules and regulations.no body did not follow timings and no hr implementation policies.every body coming to office for time pass.so i am not able to work in this organisation.how to change my organisation culture? Atleast my vice president hr also not taking any decission....he is coming to office every day at 10.30 A.M instead of 9.30 A.M.if i have given any sugessions,do not give sugessions to me and i am vice president of this company he says....what to do? please give me your valuable sugession to me..
