Hello Friends,
I needed your valuable suggestion on Work hour calculations.
My office working hours is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a lunch break of 30 Mins. Ours is a 5 day week. I am supposed to send the individuals average weekly workings hours by every week ending. Here my doubt is how to calculate the Lunch break. Inclusive of lunch break work timings are coming up to 45 hours for a week. Exclusive of Lunch hour is coming up to 42hours 30 minutes. Not all my staff members are going out for lunch.
If at all I am calculating weekly working hours as 45 hours. Employees who are not going out for lunch are short with 2hours 30 minutes for week.If calculating the weekly working hours @ 42 hours 30 minutes employees taking luch in office are benefited with 2 hours 30 minutes.
So, seniors I needed your valuable suggestion in this regard.
