Dear All,

I am working in a software company as a HR. I am a fresher in this field. I want to know how to calculate salary in detail. Whether we can deduct Professional Tax & Income Tax from employees gross salary or basic salary. Give guidance about medical reimbursement / insurance/ allowance.

Hi,

Professional tax & TDS will be deducted on gross salary.
