Kindly let me know how attrition rate will be calculated, any formula

Formula to calculate monthly attrition analysis is :--
Attrition = (Seperations/Closing Head Count)*100
Closing Head Count= Opening Balance + New Joinees - Seperations
Opening Balance = Last month closing balance
Annual Attrtion:-- Avg of all months's monthly Attrition %
Also attaching attrition analysis format which we use in our company. Hope it will be helpful to us.

I have my contribution for this..
Attrition can be calc as follws.
Attritio rate= (total exit of the month/(employees at beginnning of month+employees at end of the month)/2)*100
This means first we need to take an average no employees in a month and then to divide it by resigned employees
