Can u pls guide me how we search candidates from linked

You can go to the Search People option on Linkedin & put your key words there. For example in case you are searching for a QA analyst from Mumbai & then click on the Advanced option which is adjacent to it.
it will look like this
Keywords: First Name: Last Name: Location: AnywhereLocated in or near: Country: etc.
you can put the keywords & criteria accordingly, if you want to narrow your search location wise, then on the search page on the left side you can type te location like Mumbai.
I would suggest join as many relevant groups/ communities relevant to your job criteria so that you will have a bit easy access to the profiles you find.
