It is me again after a short break due to my ill health. By the way How R U all.



Keeping in view of the Mumbai bomb blasts I came up this time with an Idiea. Ofcourse this will not change our lifes but may utlise for some extinct. Please come with your suggestions.

A small idea of me is given here for your suggestion. As an Indian I must be utlised for serving the nation I am writing this letter sir. Please excuse me if I am wrong.



Keeping in view of the Terrorist Attacks it is every person responsibility to keep India as a secured country. The losses due to terrorist attacks are not to the individuals who died in the attacks but it shows great impact on the culture and economy of India . It is every Indian citizen responsibility to prevent this sort of attacks on India . Blaming on Pakistan or any other country or person will not be a solution to the problem. And the attacks on the other country or persons will definitely kill some other innocent people. We our self must come with ideas which will not harm the traditional and cultural impact. We are the followers of Mahatma̢۪s Ahimsa and Buddha̢۪s shanty theories. Why should we spoil those great personalities̢۪ theories by going war with our fellow community? At least before going war we should sound enough to proudly say that this we have done to arrest the attacks of Terrorism. Is really we are taking any steps to prevent the inflow of Terrorists? Then why can̢۪t we?



As a responsible Indian citizen I am giving the following idea to prevent terrorist inflow as much as possible. It will be useful to prevent the terrorist inflow along with other multi utilities. I request all the persons, statutory bodies, and media to try the possibilities to implement the system. It is also requested to the industrialists to fund the government to implement the system so as to prevent employment to the un identified persons called terrorists.



The system is to implement an Indian Identity Card for the people who are living in India . This is not an Identity Card but also keeps the data of Individual from his Birth day to Death and the Finger Prints to Eye RIS images. The card is provided with a chip which can be decodable, identified, tampered, and designable to the Top most personalities in the Govt. or manufacturers. But, it can be readable to smart card readers with low cost. The data can be updatable or modifiable with the equipment made available with the Commissioner of Police of the District only under a strict guidance of the district court Magistrate. The Identity card basically contains the Photo, Date of Birth, Address, Blood group details, residential status of the Individual along with the chip at back side of the card. All the other Identity Cards such as Driving License, Ration Card, while verification of passport/visa etc. information should made available with this card. This card should be attested by the Commissioner of Police/ SP and a Sticker of tamper proof of Indian Government. This should be carried by each and every citizen of India and to be shown wherever its applicability. From top to bottom each and every person should ask about the card in every situation and verify the details with person visible to them. If any doubt found it should be verified with the data available in the chip. While picking up an auto driver must ask the Identity Card, while going in the bus the conductor asks about the ID, while giving a room the hotel receptionist, a shopkeeper asks about the card for issuing domestic items, like wise the checking of the card will be done in every where. This card system is implemented to all the foreign visitors temporarily while they were coming to India the next day of the landing they must obtain the Identity card and then only they are allowed to visit India.



This system must be implemented every where and make the people aware of this system. After issuing these cards the police/defense/security must search for those un identified persons who are without this card in each and every where. After thorough enquiry only the police can release the persons. With this card they can identify the Naxals, Terrorists, Settled foreigners etc. By tightening our border security with our defense, marine, air wings we can adopt the system supportively. After all these efforts any person tried to destroy Indian culture and economy, they must be killed mercilessly. The machinery of identifying the exploding materials or weapons must be developed and they must be made utilized in each and every railway station, bus-stand, theaters, parks, police stations etc. Like a thermometer or even like a mobile they must be available to detect the weapons or bombs.



But, the duration of issuing of these cards must be within sharp period so as to any body can not be able to even try to prepare the duplication or fake one. Once the issue is completed the police regular search has to be started by going village by village city by city street by street to identify the people without this card. Some day all Indian citizens must ware this card as a habit in life. Initially it should be carried out for the person aged above 15 years later on it should be implemented to every Indian.



It must be done with a great interest and responsibility. I request you all while saving the nation don̢۪t ask bribes for preparing this card also. We hope a natural Kasmir without Guns, peace of mind at Tirupati or Kasi, happy transactions at Mumbai, healthy life in Hyderabad soon and hope the tourism may grown up and up.
