Dear All,
I am attaching a .ppt file which is the presentation mode to management & which speaks the reality of the exits from a company. Also the questionnaire we are using in our Co. is attached which is self explanatory.
The reasons for leaving an organisation may be of any of the followings:
1. Good remuneration 2. Good Position with higher responsibility 3. Family reasons (including Health) 4. Relation with Boss/ peers 5. Dissatisfaction or 6. Any other reason
Also, the reasons other than those mentioned above may be:
1. Higher Studies 2. Joining Competitors 3. Better Career growth 4. Joining other industries
These have to be ascertained for a better analysis.

I had seen this lately. Excellent work. The lines which you have mentioned as the reasons for employee exit are right. I expect you are the person to explain each and every reason elaborately so as to start a new topic for reasons for exit.
Please share any HR communication with me.

Thanx for the response!!
I would like to add that the Exit Form for Interviews for Officers was obtained from a source & I have posted it here for sharing!!.
Nonethless a discussion can be initiated to this topic like Exit Forms for various cadres in diff depts & different organisations & preferably in ISO Certified organisations.It would be lively contribution from the HR Practisioners in the Forum who give constructive suggestions in Exit Interviews which would be incorporated :).
