Designation: Manager Human Resources











Prime Responsibilities:







· Drive key HR products and processes including employee benefits programmes and key employee touch points such as on boarding, exit, payroll management etc.







· Review existing HR Policies and partner with key stakeholders in aligning business needs and people strategies through effective interventions to improve HR Service excellence across the organization







· Evaluate policies and processes for performance effectiveness in terms of costs, quality and delivery to meet budget and business requirements and in line with industry best benchmarks.







· Manage the HR Risk framework through regular tracking and reporting of risks & compliance for the HR function. The incumbent would represent HR in the Country Operations Risk Group.







· Provide support in alignment of business and people strategies through appropriate advice / interventions in HR products/policies/processes and HR Risk, Statutory and Compliance management.







· Provide support to Head - HR in the research and propose solutions which meet identified business needs and are in line with Group and business strategy







Pre-requisites for this position:







Iideally an MBA / post graduate with 8-12 years prior experience



Preferably female candidates from a large BPO/KPO Industry.



Well developed communication and presentation skills



Dynamic, resilient and strong team leader / team player



Technology skills and Peoplewise knowledge would be an added advantage.
