I am Kavitha ... I need to develop HR database for my company. I invite your ideas whats the best database system for the employee base of 5000 +... Please help me

I am a new member of HRLINK,
I work for a company called TIBS, We have developed a software called HRWORKS which is web enabled and can be accessed from any remote location, You can upload as much information about your employees with their personal profile, salary, PF, TAX, ESI, till the employee goes out of the company.
It is easy to access and very inexpensive. I can give you more details if you are interested
