Please clarify on this.



I have worked in my previous organization from 03-11-2006 to 09-30-2011 (as our process is taken over by another company and must join from 3rd of october). Also in the year 2008, i was on maternity leave for 4 months. Can I be still eligible for gratuity.



Please clarify asap.
