How can we check & reduce duplicate profiles before we send it to the client?
Is there an effective way to reduce duplicates?
Hi
This can be done only if the candidates cooperate with us.
During the first level of screening itself we should clearly explain about the position and the client details to the interested candidates and then ask the candidate that whether he had already applied for that post through any other source, if not means then inform the candidate not to forward his cv again for the same position through other sources like different consultancy, etc and also inform the candidate if he/she do so then it will be considered as duplicate profile and get rejected.
This is the only way to avoid sending the duplicate profiles to the client.
