Can someone tel me how to design CTC

Hi Anil

CTC stands for Cost to the company i.e. total cost spent towards an employee by the company.

In other words it can be expressed as "Gross Salary" + other benefits provided by the company.

The other benefit includes things like Employer's statutory contributions, meal voucher, medical facilities, phone facilities, house facilities , travel allowance etc.

Yes, the cost to company inculding all Gross salary and convance, however allowances, i. e travelling allw. medical allwo. HRA ourside mean accodomation, food allw.

Hi Anil

Its not the investment, its the expenditure done towards an employee by the company like Company leased accommodation, food vouchers, Company vehicle, company mobile connection, etc...
