I Have won the Honors from Princeton Premier University
for posting article on Self improvement.
First i wanted to All men are not useless but they are used less.
Most of the Companies are working on Capitalisation Concepts.
The Policy must be relaxed on Human Values. ??
The profit or growth of companies primarily depended on Employees.
Technical Process Selection.
1)Candidates are eligible in Technical if they score 75 % in assesment .
2)The test must not entirely related to requirements but must be depended on technology in which they are developing Applications.
3)if they fit for Technical they must be sent for Technical evaluation to a Senior Technical Panel Team.
4)Ask the candidate to provide solutions in code for small requirements.
5)or he must be asked to demonstrate the solutions to any problem.
it may be design related , architecture or may be coding.
if candidate can deliver it.
must be sent for Hr interview.
6)HR Interview is simple but must be careful.
7)Today all Candidates weakness is hidden in HR Interviews.
8)Ask the candidate to sit in rest Room for 15 minutues for Software Engg.
20 Minutues for Senior Software engg , 25 for Team Leads
and finally 30 minutes for Project Manager.
Positive results.
He must reveal humble ness that reveals his Self esteem.
He must be observed for patience to test his level of Positive Confidence.
in this critical time give some form filling works. he must be take that work sincerely and must submit the forms to the concerned HR.
This reveals his level of responsibility.
as Resume Scanning is done earlier.
Clear Offer Letter can be delivered with out hesitation.
