Roles & Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for revenue generation through selling of IT es & Solutions in the Human Resource/e-Recruitment space.
• Responsible for prospecting & generating leads
• Building network & relationship with new & existing clients.
• Initiating new sales & marketing programs/ideas
• Meet the targeted quarterly & annual sales target
• Collect designated information on the prospect’s interests, for inputs to the Sales process
Skills Required:
Operational:
• The ideal candidate should have generated leads for IT Solutions business primarily related to Human Resource (HR)/E-Recruitment Eg: PeopleSoft, Oracle HRMS, SAP HR and other customized HR/E-Recruitment solutions available in the market.
• Candidate should have been involved in prospects and lead generation in both the domestic and International markets preferably in US/UK, Europe, Middle East & APAC regions.
• Should be involved in cold calling and giving brief prospects on products, provide additional collateral via email or direct them to other sources of disseminating information
• Co-ordinate meeting between end users/ decision makers with our global sales team
• Follow up for participation in our marketing events
• Build up and maintain a database of prospective clients in various business segments
People Management Skill/ Soft Skills:
• Must be able to maintain a cordial relationship with the clients
• Ability to work as a part of the team
• Possess good communication skills
• Good networking skills
• Possess strong functional base with respect to ERP areas
• Should be open to working on flexible days/timings.
