BIENG ASSERTIVE
Have you ever thought that why you always have problem while making a decision? Why that insecurity makes you think you are incapable of taking decisions?
Well I guess then here I have your answer. It’s not fully agreeable though. But partially I am confident that all would agree with me.
We have a set of things in our mind that include our thoughts, feelings, emotions.we have given them enough space to grow and cherish us when we need them. But if they fail in that we feel that we are confused, rustless while making any decisions. And that’s were the assertiveness comes into existence. When I say assertiveness, I also mean we shall be assertive with our thoughts whenever they tend to disturb us with their negativity as well.
Whenever I have a bitter feeling about anything I really feel depressed, no point in doing anything at that time.Afterall am also a human being. But it does not take much time for me to overcome it. It might be an inborn nature of mine or anything for that matter. But I learn a lot by that experience and make myself relax and calm. Therefore whenever that experience comes before me again I stop the thought and tell stop wherever you are. Do not try to enter into my zone. You do not have anything to do with me, nor have I to do with you. Therefore go away from me. I lock it there and set it free in the cool and calm breeze by taking a long relived breath.
Friends my intention over here to tell you is, to be assertive, one shall start from his or her mind, their thoughts, emotions.And remember until and unless you do not permit anyone to hurt you nobody will ever do it to you.
Being assertive for many seems to be rude. But it’s not that way. You become rude in a good way in assertiveness. You become strong to face the situation with a much more confidence and courage. Be self motivated. Rather than relying on someone to motivate you. Then end up in depression saying iam taken for granted.
Why would anyone take you for granted when you yourself have not taken good care of you, your thoughts and feelings?
Be assertive to yourself and then to others in a good way.
Be happy.
