Hello HR forum members,



Let me first clarify that through this post, I do not want to pin point any particular person or their views.



What I have felt is that we all are here to gain knowledge and share with everone, I do agree that social life is there but what abt our professional life.



Are we focussing on the right track, just see the no. of replies which HR mgt get , I guess hardly people read those articles.



See Known is a drop and unknown is ocean, so lets contribute, apart from our social life we should also pay heed tp imp topics like wat are the new trends of HR ? abt recruitments , abt training and devp, abt laws, abt other things related to HR.



And just give or say share our views with each other, do not just let it become a social networking site.



This is my humble request from all of you, coz I am here to learn, learn and learn..........
