HI,
Can anu one provide the percentage of annual increment of the salary in india.... giving spl mention as to what it is in case of a healthcare sector..

it varies from sector to sector, but on an average basis every body calculates that if they have 20% - 30% hike it is regarded as healthy hike in the salary(especailly in IT). Also it very much depends on the industry domain, role, exp, education background, criticality of the position. There is no as such fixed number for the salary hikes.
