Hi Folks,
I recently went for an interview for the post of Sr. HR.
First round was written tests (Aptitude and General English).
My 1st question is :
""How important is an Aptitude test for HR profile and what does it judge?""
In General English (descriptive questions) section, questions were based on situation. Out of few of them I had a doubt in one question which was:
"Suppose you are a Recruitment Manager. Your company has a vacancy for VP Sales. Out of few candidates, one candidate is shortlisted and was scheduled for face to face interview with CEO of your company, by your team.
Due to miscommunication and proper planing the candidate was not informed of the interview, which he did not turn-up.
What will you do in such a situation?
Explain by writing a mail to:
- CEO
- Your team and
- Candidate "
My 2nd question is what mail, according to the above situation, will be an appropriate.
For all three of them...
1. CEO
2. Team
3. Candidate
