Tore
When he finishes his diploma as technical draftsman he continues working for the contractor that had given him work in his teens. He supervises the sites and does all quality checks, making sure everything is on time and of the superior quality they are boasting; he also takes care of marketing and sales.
One day a very satisfied customer, aware of the great job Tore had been doing all those years, asks him why he isn’t running his own business – and opens a door for him. The man, director of an industrial investment bank, helps this young man file the right application to get some government funds available for small startups and makes sure he completes correctly all the lengthy bureaucratic documentation. In the meantime Tore is looking for a piece of land where he can build his first small residential complex. He finds the parcel of land but has no money, yet, for a down payment. He talks to the farmer that is selling this land and the farmer tells him not to worry, he will pay when he starts earning his first grand: they shake hands and Tore has the land on trust.
