Simple things you must not say to your boss

There are times when you are so stressed at work that you think you will almost explode. And it doesn`t help when your boss is always at your face. This will be the most deciding factor of extreme patience and professionalism at your part. Before you decide to jump on your boss or supervisors, always keep in mind first that there are certain behaviors that will scream "Fired!" when you do them. These are the pitfalls of everyone who dares attempt them. Learn them below.

1. I never heard you told me to do that!

Think about it like this way, that statement above clearly puts the blame on your boss. It usually leaves a very bad impression to your boss if you are always cleaning hands, it makes most bosses unhappy to see that someone is not courageous enough to accept fault and is in no regards pointing the blame unto him. You will leave the impression that you are not proactive in doing your job and you don`t have the initiative to do so.

2. Hey you! Don`t yell at me!

If you think you lose the right to complain against bosses think again. We may shiver in pain when someone screams or yell at us but if it is the boss that`s doing it then it should be fine, they can yell at us if they want because they pay you your salary to feed your home and earn money. Never scream back or be at a yelling battle because it will only result in one outcome, you being fired.

3. I need to go home, I already feel tired.

If you used this excuse before then you have left a very bad impression to your boss. The next time around your boss might not give you important tasks or assignments because he might feel you are not inclined to finish it. This will get you a very hard time being promoted.

4. Actually that is not in my job description.

Now when you think you have a definite job description in your current job, think again. The best and only job description that exists in today`s corporate world is the do whatever it takes to make the boss assume that without you he is at loss. Always observed that the person who always said those things are usually the ones that don`t get promoted or is stuck at the lower positions in your company.
