In the process of the experiment when the scientist look for the reaction, the changes do not take place but the scientist can understand everything through the explanation which was given by the brain according to what was seen.
Look at the same point but change the scientist into the painter. He sees the sunset, in his brains an image of sunset appears and he draws it. So, we can see the sunset only based on his view, how he sees it. If we look at the historians here is much easier way to understand the point. The historian pick up the data and facts and according to them based his point of view. SO, we read the book of history and get acquainted with the ideas of the author according to the problem but can not have the opportunity to judge by ourselves.
So, we can see that not only art but also science is grounded on the perception of those who produce us the necessary information.
Nevertheless, it is supposed that the scientists are eager to distance from and establish any statement concerning the fact that science is under the control of person’s mistake. So, the scientists regarded as those who make the mistakes and even the human creativity can not change it.
But, in fact, they should be regarded as persons of rationality, observation, and care, also they should be ready to check the experiments many times till the time that it would be certainly proved that it is correct.
All this is possible due to the fact that persons can do the mistakes and sometimes it is very difficult to make the certain conclusion so the scientists make some assumptions and we are so blind and trust them a lot that we permit them to do it.
