Remember the old saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. The love equivalent might read, “thinking of someone to love each day keeps your resentment away.”
We started consciously choosing to think of people to love when we realized how often we could get caught up thinking about opposite people who irritate us. Our mind would focus on negative or strange behavior and within seconds our mind was filled with negativity. But once you made the conscious decision, however to spend a moment each morning thinking of someone to love, our attention was redirected towards the positive, not only towards one person but in general throughout the day. It doesn’t mean to suggest that we never get irritated anymore but without question it happens less frequently than it used to be.
Every morning close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then ask yourself “who shall I send love today??” instantly a picture of someone pops into our mind a family member, a friend, someone I work with, a neighbor, someone from my past, even a stranger we may have seen on the street. It doesn’t really matter who it is because the idea is to gear my mind towards love.
Once the person to whom we are directing love is clear, simply wish them a day filled with love. Say to yourself something like “I hope you have a day filled with loving kindness”. When you finished which is within seconds, We usually feel that your heart is ready to begin your day. In some mystical way that we cant really explain, those few seconds stick with us for the day.
If you give this exercise a try you’ll find that your day is a little more peaceful and positive.

This is really true if you begin a day thinking of a person you love the whole day goes on well inspite of all the work pressure and other burdens..

in fact i did a smal servey similar to this to start the day...
not surprisingly, i found MOTHER as answer from most of the participants( Closed ended questionare).
