Experiences responsible for our shaping process!!

hi,

The most vital part of growing-up in life is to experience one self. Some of these experiences are not always pleasant, but needed. It was only till I heard the saying, for copper to become wire, it needs to be beaten; for stone to become statue it needs to be depleted and for gold to become ornament it needs to be heated. The conclusion my attention was drawn to, is that I would have to go through difficult times in order to be shaped in life.

Life is not easy and every single one of us here on earth will at one stage of our lives go through something so traumatic, that to the normal mind it would seem impossibly unbearable. What we need to remember is that God, creator of all has a perfect plan for our lives and that He orchestrates the shape our lives will take. In order for us to get to where He has planned us to be, we need to be transformed into just that.

If no shaping had to take place, we would have no great destiny or purpose. Life would just be easy and the result meaningless. Why would God create beings so special and not have any meaning. Instead of having a trivial outcome to life, we then get beaten like copper to become wire. We however, experience the beating process as suffering. Without this process a result will not be possible. Some would say, I do not need to be transformed since I am content with the way my life would turn out to be. Do we have any idea what life has in store for us?

God first had an idea of what you would be when you will be doing what He wants you to do. He then created you and planned your life as to the process you will be taken through in order to become what He envisioned for you. The more painful the suffering, the greater the shape your life will take on. Each of us experience a different kind of suffering, most suited to us needed for the shaping process. The way you deal with death is much different to the way I will face it and the way I deal with money issues will leave you feeling pity for me. We are all different and God knows how much we need to be heated to become ornament.

A few years ago I accepted Jesus Christ and knew that the transformation of my life would now be sped up. I was someone not moved by much but, the thing that hurts me the most is when I don`t have a constant cash flow. A year ago I got retrenched and was left without a job and a lot of bills to pay. I was broke and ready to throw in the towel on life when, I remembered the copper story. I realized that I was being taken through my shaping process and started to ask God to provide me with strength while I am suffering. When I started focusing on the beautiful statue I would become once I am done being depleted, my problems started to fade away.

If you do not have great expectations for yourself or if God does not have big visions for you, and you are willing to settle for merely anything, you will not have to face any major challenges. You will experience the lack of suffering, since no emotional preparation will be needed in your life. I realized that for big dreams to come to fruition you need to face big challenges in life so that you will be shaped to contain the elements for that great process to take form in your life.

Regards,
ashok..
