All there is; is thinking.
All there is; is consciousness.
All there is; is energy.
Energy is the only reality with which we have to work.
The only environment in which to work is mind.
The only ability of mind is thought.
Therefore, thinking, thoughts, energy and mind all come together to form the only matrix of reality that exists.
Thinking is merely the arranging of ideas. Ideas are little packets of energy that have been themselves arranged by mind.
Therefore, the only reality in the entire universe is thought.
Little packets of energy are shaped, re-arranged, placed together to form concepts or ideas. These concepts and ideas are held in the matrix of thought. The energy is the medium through which these ideas are formed.
Consciousness uses this medium of energy to create.
Creation is an ongoing process of thinking and interacting with these ideas.
The original mind that became conscious and started arranging these packets of energy is the First Cause, The Creator, or God. The First Cause is not the consciousness of The Creator, but the thoughts of The Creator; Or The Creators ideas!
These packets of energy are the only manifestations that thought creates.
These packets of energy are the only reality that was ever created.
Everything else is interaction with these ideas.
Everything else is misinterpretation of these ideas.
Everything else is illusion. Illusion itself is just a concept, an idea.
Everything that we think is real is only an idea.
If atoms are packets of energy, then atoms are only ideas. Atoms are not real, except in the thoughts of those who would believe in them.
Physical reality is just an idea. Physical reality is not real, except in the minds of those who would believe in it!
The only reality is thought! The power of thought is the power of creation.
We have the power of thought, therefore, we have the same power of creation that was used to arrange the ideas that we see manifested in or universe!
The First Cause was an idea, brought about by consciousness. That consciousness arranged packets of energy into ideas by changing their rate of vibration.
Energy manifests different attributes as the rate of vibration (or the wavelength) is altered.
Light energy manifests different colours as the wavelength is altered. Radio waves produce different “channels” as their frequency is altered. Sound waves produce different notes as their frequency changes. Energy also operates in this way, because everything comes from the same source… Energy!
A frequency is simply the wavelength that energy vibrates upon. The difference between the height of the peaks and troughs of the wave, and the length between the top of the peaks and the bottom of the troughs.
All these changes create different manifestations of ideas. Different concepts. Different attributes.
That is the only reality that we need concern ourselves with. And that reality only exists within mind.
If you interact with these ideas, then you are not only accepting their reality, but you are also creating their reality!
What you think is real, is only real because you think it is real.
If you are the creator of your universe, then why is it that everything doesn’t go your way?
If you are the creator of everything you experience (via the power of your thoughts and your mind), then why are there so many things that go wrong, don’t work out the way you planned, or just seem to fail for you?
The answer has to be in the interaction of other minds!
If it were only you, and you were the creator of your own experiences, then wouldn’t you make sure that you created only harmonious circumstances? Wouldn’t everything just fall into place for you? Wouldn’t you always have perfect health? Experience wealth, success and prosperity, and would you ever argue or disagree with anyone?
If the world is yours to create and command as you desire… then why doesn’t everything just work out for you?
Once again, we come to the only possible answer: - you interact with other minds.
We have seen that the experiences of thought are played upon the medium of energy. The “physical” universe is the medium upon which our interactions with other minds comes into play!
Yet we have also seen that this “physical” universe is only an interaction between our minds and that of the Universal Mind (The Creator).
The “physical” universe comes into being because we are interacting with it. This becomes the playground upon which we can communicate with other minds who are projecting themselves into “physical” reality.
On the “physical” plane, there are no real spiritual ties. No obvious ESP. No mind to mind “thought communication”.
There is only the physical interaction via our spoken or written words, or through physical contact with each other.
Because this material world is so real (or appears so real) we have been duped into thinking that it is the only reality!
Remember, because we interact with it, that gives it life, solidity and physical reality!
We interact with our environment through our 5 senses. And these are the barriers that stop us from seeing the truth about the universe.
What is the truth of the universe? It is energy. It is made up of packets of energy that have been arranged in such a fashion as to create the potential of a physical universe. These packets of energy are just potential atoms and molecules. They are like the words on this page that you are reading right now!!! They don’t actually become real until they are read! Words don’t actually mean anything until the book is opened and the eyes of the reader interact with them!
Remember, words are thoughts that have been written down or recorded. Those thoughts come alive in the mind of the person reading the words… until then they are simply bits of black ink on a white background! (Or in the case of this article, they are pixels on the screen!)
Atoms are thoughts that have been “written” down using the medium of energy; they have been arranged into distinct patterns that are pure potential and nothing more than potential.
Until a conscious mind comes along and reads those words there is no meaning in them. It is the mind of the reader that causes the potential of the words to spring to life and create the meaning!
So each time we experience something in the material realm, were are simply taking these “words” of energy, reading them, and making sense out of them… we are interpreting the meaning of them!!!
Our consciousness is taking an active role in the creation and continuation of this universe!
What does this mean to us as human beings?
It means that we are part of the creative force of the universe, and as such are responsible for maintaining the entire fabric of time, space, matter and reality!

This is seeing is creating!
Because we see something, that means that we are creating it. We are taking the potential of the word (pattern of energy) and turning it into the actual reality, via our minds! We make the patterns of energy come to life through our own interpretations of these “words”.
My mind operates like a movie screen. If the projector sends a beam of light into the blackness of the cinema, what happens? Nothing! The beam of light just carries on through the darkness. What is needed is a light reflecting surface to interact with the beam of light, and thus manifest the moving pictures. The beam of light is only a potential movie until it interacts with the screen!
The screen then pushes the light back, and the point where the two meet becomes the image on the screen.
Your mind is like the screen, and the Creators mind is like the projected beam of light.
When the two come together, they interact, the light is reflected away, and thus the image is revealed!
If the two minds were separated, the beam just carries on into the blackness, or the screen just sits there in the dark. Nothing happens until the two come together, interact, and create the image.
So we are co-creators with the Universal Mind. We are the screen upon which the potential of the Creator is projected.
Isn’t that amazing?
Here we are thinking that we are separated from our Creator, when all the time, everything we experience comes from our own interaction with the Universal Mind of the First Cause!!!!
So that brings us back to the influence of other minds.
It is not just one screen interacting with one movie projector. It is many screens vying for attention.
There is only one projection coming from the mind to the Creator, however, there are billions of other minds trying to catch the image.
This is what causes the chaos that we experience in our everyday lives.
Where we are separated from our source, we experience chaos. That chaos manifests itself in many ways, though depression, through ill-health, through financial problems. Everything that we experience in the material world, is to do with a feeling of loneliness and separation!
There are just too many other selfish minds trying to out do us. Trying to get one over on us. Trying to beat us! The competition is just too tough.
But, what we must realise is that the beam of light is coming through the darkness at all times. And because we are experiencing the universe, we must be contacting it. We must be interacting with it. We must be experiencing its energy. We cannot be alone!
Where does this feeling of separation come from then?
This is the big question! Why do we feel alone? Separate? Unfulfilled?
