Dear Diana and Friends,
Thank you very much for this detailed Description on Misconduct.
I am looking for Procedure to find out Fake candidates and terminate them
Keeping in mind the legal implication for the organization.
My main intention here is to benefit both the candidate as he will be serving the company and the
Company by following the policy.
To be very precise i want to know how to tackle these misconducts.
1. Misrepresentations of Facts for getting employment.
2. Adding Fake experience in their resume for applying for an opening.
Would be good if i could get some fair idea on how to tackle such situations.
My only intention here is to have a win win situation.
I again thank all my friends of this Foram for their Suggestions and this will truly help me
in understanding and act accordingly.

Thank you very much for this detiled Discription of Misconduct.Some were i believe that these are followed in Manufacturing Sectors.
But actually wanted to know the what happens in IT sector.
Never the less a very good thing to know and act upon whenever we face such situations.
