yes its a beneficial information you shared with people but a question arises to peep beyond conventional methods of recruitment i.e do you think the people who are not able to perform better in interview won't have talent, they do have but there executing power or inner confidence you say is comparatively less. I have seen ample of dumb students who only have communicational skill but never had or tried to acquire actual skills and knowledge which can add to organizations goal. i mean hiring those people for matter of 4-6months and then dropping them coz of lack of sustainability in job is wrong decision. the wise decision would be going through different way to reach for that talent which can avail you long term benefit and become loyal to your organization.

I would not agree to the point that interview can be cracked on the basis of communication skill and if you do this its the wrong method of recruitment. You might be working from ages in this field but you need to tap changing trends of potential employees.
