Hello! Mr. Pradeep, I like your postings on HR-link. specialy on recruitment solutions. To this would like to add few points. As a placement Executive, its realy hard to get good placement for fresh candidates.
we trained graduates in various technologies especially IT skills and recruit them in IT organization.
For fresher candidates we are not charging anything.
For exprience candidates, there is contractual hiring and permant staffing, charges varies with years of contract and exprience of candidates.
SEED is providing a good hiring solutions for IT requirments eg. testing, .Net. java, oracle, Hardware and Networking etc.
One can recruit as project trainees, contact hiring or permanent staffing too.
In recession most of organization looking for good talent and that alsocost effective. this coould be good option.
