Hi Guys,

I'm re-opening the topic Employee Engagements - infact i would like to ask u all..what exactly the topic "employee engagement" ? Is it only related to refreshments and that too conducted by HR personnel?.

Lets think in other way. Employee Engagements, related to how best an employee engaged towards the organisation, and its goals and business development with respect to their work / department.

What ever the departments..... Production, Quality Control, Software development, BPO, HR, etc., according their job roles, what level the employees understood about the company vision / mission, and business targets and their contribution levels to reach them and to support them.

In this way how the HODs / Managers try to engage their team / employees ? And how the employee engagements are measured to put HR / HODs/ Managers contribution / efforts towards the organization achievements ?....all these matters.

Now i put query in front of you all.... in the above scenario...let me know...
What is the best posibilites of Employee Engagement Programes?
and What are the methods of measuring them.

I request, anybody who can mention here, the live programmes / methods which are actively implemented in their organisations or their live experiences, please write.

Please, im not expecting the bookish things.
