I think it will be Professional Tax. The amount is deducted based on the total salary slab.
TDS is deducted when one is providing services to the company for example if u hire consultants for particular domains or services.

As per my knowledge companies will probably consider you a fresher when it comes to recruitment. You may looking for openings where they are looking for technical Recruiters as sometimes companies prefer those with BE/BTech bkgrd.

When it comes to Training, your experience may be considered. Companies often look for freelance or full-time Technical Trainers.

You may also look for options like Technical Consultant for companies who heavily work on Technically outsourced requirements or give consultation to a dedicated IT clientele.
