This is not the way u can decide the profile . first u just try to get the job in HR work on the areas which are given to you , when u work properly slowly U yourself will realise that u are strong in which area of hr or we can say where actually u want to go in IR in HR or on Administration in HR generalist profile u have to go accross somany works. ok dont be in hurry first work

U forgot the tax free Child education head in salary & wages which will be 200 per child and can go up to 400 only

this head are tax free

Conyeyance = 800 permonth max
Medical Allowance = 1250 permonth Max
Child education 200 perchild max 400

Any Payslip whether in excel or in payroll it must contain some basic information

such as Name Of the Employee
Employee ID
Department
Grade
PF & ESIC Code
Used PL , CL, SL Coff (Coff means compensatory off)
Total Days payable, Weekly off
Then starts with three hading
Particulars of payments : it coverrs your salary fixation data such as Basic, HRA
conveyance, Medical Allowance, Children edu allowance and other head as in your company

Second will cover deduction part :such as PF, P Tax, ESIc, Advance., Canteen, Loan and other deduction you may have inyour company
Third will cover Net Salary After deducting from the first one
