Hmmm... nice thought.... Well according to me:
first of all y the talent sghrtage occurs- one due to lack of appropriate courses which lacks real life working exposure secondly, employers donot take efforts to groom (they have attitude: we can get better employess if not u), this results in creeping of negativity and the entusiasm and selfconfidence is lowered in employee. And they leave the co. in some or the other way adn some times even on bitter note.
Then one day then these co. fail to stand up to the mark, and they remmber and recognize the capabilities of theri ex-employees. By tat time its too late ( employees may have got well into other organization, must have settled abroad ofr even hae started their own venture)
Wats the point..? Employers should knw how to retain their employees.... their selfrespect should also be garded...timely promotion and recognition should be given to the deserving. Though employees now- a- days are too smart they knw theri salebility level in the market and they keep on floating. Soem employers they just treat even the best of their employees their personl servants...which is absolute non-sense (just becoz they provide salary ..and others want it to support family). Wat they forget is the basic, "We all come from family". We like to be respected and treated fair not like door mats. \they should not be ditched after the work is finished or laid off from co. In short HUMANITY is expected.
This is wat I feel ...any corections and suggestions are well.

Its such a nive thought... I m dumstuck...I appreciate how differently people think over one particular thing.
