Employee Referal Scheme is a good tool for reduction of cost but as well it is time consuming, as the no. of resume you recieve is more and which consist more junk kind of material which is less useful but if your system allows you try and keep some incentives for the same scheme then ee's will as well be intrested in the same ...... its only my perception.....

One scheme i think can as well be Initiated, is re-hiring of Ex-employee if your management allows for the slected employees.
