Yes , it's true missin some good profiles over salary in CV search,but some times u can use salary as one criteria when ur looking for mid salary range profiles instead of search range in naukri/monster

Yes ,its true HR's till less paid and another thing of analytical level is no scope as in finance. If you look holistically on any of activities in HR its more of communication approach Training,ur giving chart,plan and trainer is gonna do from the book or manual ,only thing he has to do is have all trainee attentions and traning process has to to be done .So the communication works here

In Payroll again
You are given percentage value for Basic Pay,HR ,Conveyence and other benifits you create a excel template based on designation with certain variation .You go through based on attendance and do the salary where is logical working here ,ur organization people already set up the payroll calculation structure and you gonna input it and run payroll

Performance Appraisal

Here too you have questionnaire give to all the employees get it filled and that it you interact with dept heads and go on performance appraisal completion again its communication based

Recruitment :

Full end to end communication

So wholistcally its communication and the job to do talking

This makes most new Post graduate management either in IIM or any other B school would shy away taking this HR one thing is monotonous job ,u do today,same tomm and again and not high salary.Very few top companies has HR highly paid

If you have better salary and better growth of HR thry job rotation only then people would love to move in HR else over period of time u find less crowd/no crowd in HR ...

Regarding Recruitment agencies ,for ur info ,We have more then lakhs Recruitment firms and staffing companies in India and corporate is some where in thousands ..Look at the difference

Recruitment agencies are in nook and corner with run of mill ,I have seen couple of recruitment agencies dont know technologies/domains and still they show themselves we are catering to top companies .

In Recruitment need to have domain/technology knowlege/exposure awareness of what happening other wise we are gonna see lot of recruitment firms shutting down soon ..
