This is Akta Unadkat. I am working with an export house at Ahmedabad as an HR & Admin Executive for last 1.3 years. I am also having experience with recruitment consultancy for around 2.5 years.

My boss wants to me prepare a resignation Acceptance letter, which given to the employee after he puts the resignation, as an acceptance that we have received and accepting his resignation, and letter on when he will be relieved will be given experience and reliving letters too.
Now I want to now cant we skip giving resignation acceptance letter and directly give only Experience and reliving letters?
