I beeing a Researcher and expert in my field of Human Resources through the last 20 years , i found out that , Most of the "Job Opportunitys" and its Recruitment are done through Consultancy firms or its Recruitment Agents or Other sources. My intention of writing this Articles is that, to Avoid such mistakes Happening or done by Big big corporate Companys ,all over the world and it will Results into Rejection of Lots of Talented Job seekers & aspirants and altogether it will Create Un-Employment in that Country. Most of Big Corporate's are not specifically studying or evaluating their exact or precise Job requirment need for that particular Post of job they are seeking through these Consultants. The staff's or the person in a Consulting agency "Mostly May not be having Knowledge of all the work subject / field Knowledge in this Technical world. So they normally have some lieteral Knowledge or written specification given by the Company's own Job-Description script as part of their requirment need. like mathamatical Table everyone knows 2+ 2 = 4 , But if a Job seeker replied in an Interview from his / her real time experience -like 2+1+50+50=4-then this Interviewer will reject that Potential Candidate for that post Application . Simply they will follow on written specification Note and work on some Corporate Jargons.According to me ,A highly Job potential country like USA and other developed countrys , Can reduce Un-Employment ratio to Zero.if thier Corporate communitee introduce certain Job Identification measures to give more oppertunity for more job seekers with thier present situation.
