Hello friends
Recently i came to know that cross functional movements are not poosible in hr field. Why?
Eg: I am working as a training coordinator and now i am trying to have exposure in other areas also..
Being an HR professional i prefer to learn as many concepts as...
But most of the companies are not preferring these type of applicants.Why?
Please provide u r valuble comments here...

Dear Naveen,
First of all I thank you for you valuable effort. As a HR personal, you should be an all rounder. I think there were many discussions in this regard in the HRlink. In some companies, cross functional trainings are highly appreciated and motivated. But these companies are very least. Most companies don’t even know what is cross functional movement.
In your post it is not clear what you really attempt. Did you requested to move to the other fields or did you try to help other fields? If you could mention the real incident, more discussions will be possible.
And I have another thing to say. If you really want to learn other fields other than what u do, you should have to be a self learner. After that, you will have the doors open.

It's Catch 22. You need experience to get the job but you need the job to get the experience.
