Most of the Big Private Corporate companys generally talk about , CSR , good paypackage , Facilities Perks etc , good HR-Policys in their profiles. But they have INTERNAL PROBLEMS-- WHY ?. they have Un-Fair practice & Industrial relations and mostly have a UNION . if any good HR policy & good E.R will be there , then what is the need for an UNION in that Corporate. just becuase off , Saying & Doing things are Different in Indian working Culture. How many indian companys website have Indian people's Image in their website , why indian are not good looking or don't have personlity ? .
In recruitment are concerns most of the the Junior HR-Executive only to handle the resume selection and everyones fate of getting a job is in this inefficient Executives hand and he/she will give faover to his/her own known person for that job offer , Due to this type of activities are root cuase for the company's has to facing I.R issues and Its not good for a Growing company in INDIA.
Avoid favoriticisam in selection & recruitment , that means , you are COMPROMISING TALENT / QUALITY OF A PERSON. Company will realize only in the long run . No option other than Collapse.
