Viwer's , Being an HR professional , we used to face Wrong Practice , Personal wrong direction , decision making AGAINST- Organisational Ethic's work Culture in day to day activities in an Organisation . If being an HR can Teach / rectify these Bad practice to your Higher Ups in an Organisation ? in whole spirit of Good Professionalism for betterment of Company's ETHIC'S/
In short How we will Correct the Bad policy / decision of a Top Corporate ? How many Corporate Head will accept in India ?
