Most of the companies are not paying salaries in time, add to it they are responding to employees, what should an employee should do ? If the employee is not getting salary in time their track(salary a/c) would be in chaois, they will not get any loans......................

It is mandatory for all the organisations to pay the salary by 7th of every month. The management should be transparent in dealing with the issue why the salaries are not paid on time? and an employee friendly management should take the Employee into confidence so do the Bank officials and others and chalk out a strategy that is symbiotic in the time of recession.
