Kindly share in ONLY one sentence, what do you understand or consider the most important characteristic, for having a good corporate ethic...
I would add all your points shared here in a PPT & post it in the same forum...
Thank you,
Diana

Hi Diana,
Well by "Corporate Ethics" what I mean is a code of conduct which every one in the company needs to follow, that is u can say some values or principles which one needs to follow for the better environment of the company.
And this ethics applies to everyone.
Warm regards,
Priyanka Singh

Hey Diana... As per me... Corporate ethics can be defined as written and unwritten codes of principles and values that govern decisions and actions within a company. In the business world, the organization’s culture sets standards for determining the difference between good and bad decision making and behavior.
In the most basic terms, a definition for coprorate ethics boils down to knowing the difference between right and wrong and choosing to do what is right. The phrase "Corporate Ethics" can be used to describe the actions of individuals within an organization, as well as the organization as a whole...

Hi Diana,
Ethics are "a set of right principles for a good and righteous conduct".
Likewise "Corporate ethics are nothing but a set of ethical values and the philosophy to be followed whenever an ethical or moral problem arises in the business environment not giving way to the internal and external pressures from competitors, business partners or customers, or to maintain the margin of profit. "
