Corporate ethics is defined as- Moral principles concerning acceptable and unacceptable behavior by business people.

Important Characteristic - "Discrimination" - there should be no discrimination among the employees based on "AGE", SEX & Corporate Standing (Designation).

In the business world, the organization’s culture sets standards for determining the difference between good and bad decision making and behavior.

In the most basic terms, a definition for coprorate ethics boils down to knowing the difference between right and wrong and choosing to do what is right. The phrase "Corporate Ethics" can be used to describe the actions of individuals within an organization, as well as the organization as a whole...

Hi Diana, well, I guess I do not want to use big words to define corporate ethics. Here is my take on it :
"Corporate Ethics : Ethics is nothing but principles in practice, simply put, do NOT do anything if you want nobody to find it out"
