An experienced Graduate / Post graduate with effective communication and interpersonal skills required for the position for a Trainer in a Fast Growing Software Company into Testing Solutions & Services



Prerequisites



1) Well versed in designing course materials / content and all other related documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises

2) Ability to procure and develop learning and other materials guide

3) Adapt to latest programming languages



Job Description



1) Creating the presentations according to the course content.

2) Creating the examples for the Training (assignments)

3) Coordinating activities of the training dept.

4) Carry out training needs analyses with sessions on the basics of PC operation

5) To develop and provide excellent software training and maintain standard of training with regular evaluation

6) Delivering training programmes to in a group classroom setting.



Location - Chennai.



Experience - 1-3 years.



Industry - IT/ Computers - Software.



Salary - 1.20 - 1.80 lacs.
