Urgently Meeting 8 Off Permises & After Hours,Should we Offer 2 Reimburse 4 Mileage?



If you are requiring your staff to go to a urgent meeting which is held off-premises and after hours also, should you not offer to reimburse for mileage?



We cannot pay for overtime in money offer time off during that same pay period and this only happens several times in a year but I think paying the Federal rate for mileage should also be offered.



Does anyone else do this?
