Hi friends,



I am Mamatha working with GeoQuest consultants.We have an Urgent requirment for the dotnet project lead position



Project Lead (7-8yrs) 7.0 to 9 L PA



Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Sc(CS/IS/IT)



Essential Competencies / Skills

• 7-8 years

• Has in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of development approaches/methods, concepts and processes, and practices these independently

• Able to perform a reliable effort analysis and to prioritize task execution

• Has ability to undertake high level planning and to determine a devlopment strategy

• Effectively promotes coding/devlopment techniques and tools in own team

• Able to carry technical approaches and decide which approach is better

• Has thorough knowledge of devlopment tools

• Able to develop complex applications from ground zero

• Has ability to organize and manage devlopment along with sophisticated documentation

• Can develop supportive functions and features

• Knows and effectively applies project management tools and techniques within the framework of organizational policies

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Monitors and escalates resource utilization issues in his project jurisdiction

• Monitors project health indicators very closely

• Responsible for internal as well as external project reporting Accountable for the the quality, reliability and performance of the deliverables



Job Responsibilities:



• Must be able to independently lead a team of at least 7 - 8 engineers

• Must be able to provide technical guidance and be the technical "go to" person for the team

• Must also be able to perform planning, scheduling, tracking and status reporting

• Supporting pre-sales/post-sales activities by providing inputs around estimation, approach, domain knowledge etc

• Enforces changes to technical approchaes based on the project context

• Provide ideas to improve the existing technical approaches commenting about the performance of the application under test through factual information

• Accountable for the development schedules, code reliability, morale of the team etc

• Should be able to speak to the clients, understand the requirements, design and document them along with quality checking as per the necessity.

• Performing code reviews and standardization of the process

• Participating in the client calls, interacting with the clients, initiating in execution are desired.
