Examples of soft skill training include service quality, mindset, teambuilding and innovation programmes.



• Proven track record in the training field and well-versed in any of the following areas: service quality training, experiential training, team building, mindset training relating to service quality, innovation and creativity

• Excellent communication, interaction and facilitation skills

• Pleasant and warm personality, with excellent ability to engage participants in the training programme
