5-8 Years experience in Unified Communications domain



Configure different devices in UC and UCCE version 8.0 and 8.5



Good understanding of Internetworking technologies like Routing and Switching, TCP/IP and so on



Good understanding of Cisco Unified Communication products like Cisco Unified



Communications Manager(CUCM) version 8.0, 8.5 and 8.6, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)8.0 and 8.5, Cisco Unified Voice



Portal(CVP), Cisco Unfied Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Voice Gateways



Good understanding of SCCP, SIP, Audio codec and video codecs H.264 protocols and standards



Ability to configure Video endpoints (Cisco Telepresence / Tandberg) and other Cisco Audio and video phones.



Ability to configure and troubleshoot different features in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco Unified Voice Portal, Cisco MediaSense



Ability to work in a distributed global team



Develop Network and Lab in Implementation Plan



Cisco certifications like CCNP (voice) and CCNA a definitive plus



Working knowledge on VMware vSphere and vCentre (4.x and 5.x)



Working knowledge of RHEL 5.x and Windows 2003/2008.



Sql - User level expertise



Good Communication Skills
