Position: HR Business partner

Total experience: 2 to 3 yrs

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:



People Engagement and People Connect

Implementing the human resources processes for the unit

Builds partnering relationship with line managers / unit heads for smooth implementation of PF activities

Handling compensation revisions and promotions for the unit

Handling attrition related issues and any other employee grievances

Other responsibilities and deliverables agreed within the People Function area



Soft skills:



Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills

Problem solving skills and aptitude to learn

High integrity

Good interpersonal skills and Team Player
