ELICO, an ISO 9001:2008 and 140001certified company with history of 50 years. ELICO been serving the science and technology domain for over decade having it̢۪s own Instrumentation (manufacturing unit, R&D unit, QA) division, Design & Development division for Embedded Systems & Application Software and a health care BPO) and 8 sales & service divisions across India.

Our HR Department is centralized and works for all our branches from our corporate office, Hyderabad.

Currently we require an Asst. Manager - HR and please find the details below.

Urgent requirement for Assistant –Manager HR (Generalist/ Corporate HR)

Qualification: MBA (HR)/ PGDM (IR & Personnel Management)

Note: Only male candidates below 36 yrs. are eligible.

Experience: Should have 6- 10 yrs experience in entire gamut of HR activities ,should be well versed with Factories Act and Shops and Establishment Act .Should have handled core HR in a midsized organization. Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English, Hindi, Telugu). Should have sound knowledge in various HR practices and employee engagement model.

Job-Description



· Responsible for entire gamut of Human Resource Development.



· Compliance to all statutory requirements.



· Responsible for total cycle of Human Capital from joining to exit.



· Time keeping, attendance, leave management and pay roll administration.



· Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve.



· Responsible for tracking attendance, Escalate habitual absentees and take action.



· Compliance to quality systems standards, ISO, ISMS, EMS



· Employee performance management, performance appraisal,360deg feedback



· Employee Engagement.



· Ensure compliance to policies and adherence to organization culture.



· Ability to communicate and co-ordinate with functional heads for coordination and resolution.



· Framing and implementation of welfare policies.



· Complying with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, P. Tax, LIC, Income Tax, Gratuity, Bonus etc.,



. Dealing with the labour matters and liaising with government officials and local bodies such as Inspector of factories, labour department, EPF & ESIC organization, P.Tax, Employment Exchange, Pollution authorities etc.,

. Filing of IOF, labour departments, ESI, PF & P.Tax, Employment Exchange, Half yearly & Yearly Returns etc.,

. Maintaining all statutory records of all employees across the circle.
